These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use sagebrushsweetheart.com (the "Site") or buy from Sagebrush Sweetheart ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sagebrush Sweetheart isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the order involved.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Sagebrush Sweetheart harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
