Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Every order is prepared just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to get it ready before it ships.
Shipping options and delivery times
After your order ships, delivery times are:
- Standard: $8, 7–10 business days
- Free shipping: on orders of $100 or more, 7–10 business days
Delivery times don't include processing time, weekends, or holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way home.
Address check
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package seems lost, email hello@sagebrushsweetheart.com. We'll work with the carrier, and if it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement.
